Scope Of Work
Howell is currently at work on Phase I of the S.T.E.M. Research Park of Broomfield, a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics oriented development located in Broomfield. The project includes nine steel-framed buildings, each approximately 17,000 SF, with architectural concrete panels and modular interior spaces customizable to tenant needs. The soil on site is highly expansive in nature, requiring over-excavation and recompacting 5 feet for all roadways and 33-foot deep caissons. All foundations and concrete slabs sit on void forms to resist the expansive soil. Phase I is on schedule to be completed in the Q2 2022. The overall development will be executed in three phases.
