Scope Of Work
Howell provided CM/GC services on the ground-up construction of a new 5,000 SF Ent Credit Union branch in Thornton. The facility includes 10 offices designed for customer interaction with credit union staff, six teller stations, and a 3-lane drive-thru. The exterior features masonry and stucco accents and a standing seam metal roof. The Ent Thornton branch opened to the public in summer 2021.
