Scope Of Work
This project included selective demolition, miscellaneous metal debris collection and disposal, repair/replace damaged components of all bi-fold doors, remove/replace damaged building cladding systems, remove/replace all damaged roll-up door, repair/replace damaged demising partitions, electrical /lighting, exterior cleaning, remove/replace all exterior lighting fixtures. In addition, the scope of work required the design and construction of the new mechanisms for the operation of bi-fold doors and the design/construction of new sliding doors design to meet the Florida Building Code max wind load of 176 mph.
Everglades Airpark is situated southwest of the Big Cypress National Preserve surrounded on three sides by the waters of Everglades National Park with a number of environmental sensitive, protected lands. Marco Island Airport is also located in a natural environment and has a local total annual economic impact of $ 31.7 million.
