This project at a private university included the renovation of the existing student center and a three story addition to house kitchen facilities, workout area and mechanical rooms. The one story addition to the East added four classrooms and a state-of-the-art distance learning center. The existing gymnasium was split into two separate floors, to create a bookstore and storage space, as well as a center for campus security.
This project won the 2006 ABC Award for Excellence in Construction.
