Scope Of Work
ecoREAL served as the LEED project administrator for the Ninkasi project. Responsibilities included working with the owner, architect, engineer, and contractor to overcome challenges during the building process to ensure sustainable practices throughout the project. With this effort, the Ninkasi project is the first brewery to pursue a LEED campus rating.
In this project, we used our Triple Bottom Line approach to help the city of Eugene weight the multiple sustainable strategies at their disposal in order to make the decision of what was appropriate for the scope of this project. We also used our GBIM software to help contractors understand their role in the construction process and enabled them to track the material being used throughout the construction process.
