Scope Of Work
This 35,000 square foot state-of-the art car dealership is the 1st LEED auto dealership in the state of Arkansas. At the time of completion in 2008, it was the 3rd Gold Certified LEED auto dealership in the world. This dealership includes spacious new car ales areas, a new car delivery area designed to prepare new cars for sale, car wash bay, a used auto area, complete Auto Service Center with an Express Lube, Fleet Service Center, Parts Counter, Internet Sales Department, Customer Waiting Lounge, Finance Department, and a beautiful Customer Showroom and Sales Floor. The “green” aspect of this auto dealership makes it truly unique.
