Scope Of Work
Demo and replaced existing clay tile roof. We were able to salvage approx.. 25% of existing clay tiles and incorporate them into the new roof with a 5 color blend.
Complete restoration of existing steel windows and replication of two missing windows.
Repaired/replaced all exterior wood and repainted.
Replaced four exterior wood columns at front entrance with new fiberglass composite columns.
Mortar repair and tuck pointing of all exterior masonry
Removed windows in two locations and prepped both locations for future entrances.
