Scope Of Work
Headwaters was a subcontractor to Balfour Beatty Construction providing the “General Trades” for the construction of the Summit Hall Living Learning Center and the addition to the Plemmons Student . Headwaters was onsite from excavation through the final punch list items. Our work totaled thousands upon thousands of man hours taking care of general labor, carpentry work, punch list, and more.
