Not only did we want a high quality, well built house, we wanted it to be insulated to the extreme, with a solar thermal heating system, a solar photovoltaic electrical system, and a very sophisticated control system to operate the entire house. We wanted it to be a Net Zero Energy House. We also wanted it to blend with the community, be low maintenance, and not have to deal with any headaches during construction. Since I am in the construction business, I know that all of these desires added together are an impossible goal. Or so I thought.”
Chase was able to build us a marvelous home that not only met those requirements, but for the most part, he exceeded them. He was on site every day and he hired only the best subcontractors.
