Craig Abbott is vice president of Manhattan’s Oklahoma City office. During his career, he has served on Manhattan project teams in Dallas and Oklahoma City. With more than $1.3 billion of construction projects in his portfolio of work, Manhattan’s clients benefit from his diverse expertise in multiple market sectors. He has worked on projects for Oklahoma State University, The Dallas Cowboys, Pier 1, the Federal Aviation Administration and local municipalities.

Craig graduated with a construction management degree from Oklahoma State University. He was nationally recognized by Building Design + Construction magazine as a “40 Under 40 Class of 2015” honoree.

Greg McClure is among the construction industry’s most respected and experienced builders. He specializes in high-profile and complex projects with challenging schedules. At Manhattan, he has been involved with $3.4 billion worth of projects, most recently leading Globe Life Field project, the new home of the Texas Rangers in Arlington. He also directed the Texas A&M Kyle Field Redevelopment project team, which brought the $441 million project in under budget and on schedule under incredibly challenging circumstances. Greg is a consummate builder with a depth of experience that provides our clients with the best building experience throughout the life of the project.

As vice president of the Houston region, Jason Fuller leads client engagement, preconstruction, and construction services for Manhattan’s Houston-area office. Jason has been part of Manhattan’s Houston team since 2001 and during that time he advanced through project management, preconstruction, and business development responsibilities. He has been involved with Houston projects in the commercial, aviation, sports, entertainment, and healthcare business sectors.

Jason is a native Houstonian and holds a bachelor’s degree in construction science from Texas A&M University.

John Reyhan joined Manhattan Construction Company as President in 2013. With three decades of experience in the construction industry, John has a passion for safety and for building strong teams that achieve the highest standards of building service. Under John’s leadership, Manhattan has established multiple initiatives targeting client support, risk management, employee professional development, and safety program enhancement.

Along with installing proactive and continually evolving safety initiatives, in 2016, Manhattan launched Operation Zero, a core mindfulness program that reinforces Manhattan’s safety culture of the belief that all injuries are preventable and no accident is acceptable.  In 2018, Manhattan won the Associated Builders and Contractor’s (ABC’s) Pinnacle Award, the trade organization’s highest national safety honor. In 2019, Manhattan was named to ABC’s list of top-performing construction companies for achievements in safety, quality and project excellence.

Through expanding the Company’s professional development programs, John has developed a structured career development program providing for team member growth and advancement. From online and in-person educational classes to leadership development to one-on-one coaching, every team member has access to guided professional development opportunities.

John holds a Bachelor of Business  Administration from the University of Illinois. He is a past board member of the American Heart Association, Associated General Contractors of America, Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau and Metro Atlanta Chamber.

As vice president of Manhattan’s Central Florida office, Michael Miller oversees construction quality, subcontractor management, and safety program adherence to ensure building excellence for Manhattan’s clients.

With 19 years of experience, Miller has managed multi-million dollar construction projects for government and private-sector clients. His portfolio of work includes education, correctional, transportation, hospitality, mission-critical, sports, condominiums, and high-end renovation projects.

Miller holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Paul Dorsey has more than 25 years of aviation construction industry experience. He has worked with airports, carriers and government municipalities in a coordinated effort to design, construct and occupy multiple types of aviation-related facilities. Paul’s success is due to his ability to understand the needs of the client and their operations, team leadership, communication to all parties involved, and to deliver a project that enhances the operational efficiency of the completed facility.

Ryan Haynie is vice president of Manhattan’s Tulsa office which serves Oklahoma and Arkansas. He joined Manhattan in 2000. At Manhattan, he led the construction of some of Tulsa’s most prominent places including the BOK Center, ONEOK Field, Guthrie Green Park, and the Muscogee Creek Nation River Spirit Casino Phase II.

Ryan earned a bachelors degree in construction management from Oklahoma State University. In 2018, he was named a “Top Young Professional” in a five-state region by Engineering News-Record (ENR) Texas & Louisiana. The honor recognized him as among the best of the region’s next generation who are motivated to be better builders while maintaining a work-life balance that harmonizes family and community. In 2013, Haynie was recognized as a “40 under 40” honoree by both the Oklahoma Magazine and the Tulsa Business & Legal News.

As vice president of operations, Brian Killion provides executive leadership of field operations for Manhattan’s mid-Atlantic region, which includes some of the company’s largest and most complex projects.  Examples of projects under his guidance include the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) Replacement Project at Fort Detrick Maryland, the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center in Washington D.C., and Defense Intelligence Analysis Center Addition at Bolling Air Force Base. Brian leads Manhattan’s corporate safety committee, which develops and implements the company’s award-winning safety initiatives.

Brian began his career at Manhattan more than three decades ago after graduating from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor of science in engineering technology. He also holds the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Contractors Quality Management Certification.

As Manhattan Construction’s Atlanta region Project Director oversees multiple or individual large complex projects providing direction for the on-site project management teams. Oguz provides administrative direction of on-site personnel, contract management, budget control, and cost adherence while overseeing the implementation of the company’s Safety and Quality Control Programs.

Brooke Haneborg is director of business development for the Oklahoma City region. She is responsible for overseeing new business acquisition and strategic account management.

David Hale has nearly 40 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He is responsible for leading strategic business development, market intelligence and research, client engagement and long-term client relationship management.

With a background in estimating and business development, Jackie Ryan brings more than 20 years of architecture and construction industry experience.

As director of business development, Melanie Jantschek is responsible for overseeing new business acquisition and strategic account management for the Florida region.

Natalie Pagano is the director of marketing and communication. She directs branding, internal and external communications, marketing, and public relations for Manhattan.

Skip Eller is Manhattan’s director of education and development. Skip provides employee and leadership development and directs our Manhattan Builders Academy portal, the company’s online learning portal.

Skip holds numerous certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management – Sr. Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Franklin Covey Certified Trainer, Hogan Assessments Developmental Feedback Certification, EQ-i Emotional Intelligence Inventory Facilitator, and Licensed Korn Ferry Leadership Facilitator. He holds a bachelor of arts in secondary education – history from Drury University and a master of arts in organizational dynamics from the University of Oklahoma.

Skip is an active member of the Tulsa professional development community. He has served two terms as past president and 10 years on the board of directors for the Association for Talent Development Tulsa Chapter. Skip is also a member of the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association.
