Scope Of Work
Demolition and of 1,717 sq. ft. of space in this 36,000 sq. ft. cannabis cultivation facility to outfit new Extraction Laboratory and Trimming and Packing Room.
Due to the security and quality control requirements within this operational cultivation facility, preplanning for special protocols was paramount.
Installed 10’ x 15’ Extraction Booth and 8’ x 12’ Industrial Freezer.
Managed all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) subcontractors as well as other trades.
NOTE: Based on the sensitive and proprietary nature of the operation final furnished photos were not allowed.
