Scope Of Work
This was a construction assignment consisting of a design/build, own/operate project that consisted of a 27,000 square foot operations facility and a 5,500 square foot material depot building. Foundation designed by building partner. Standard construction consisting of frost walls on spread footings and slab on grade. The R.H. White design team was responsible for submitting for site plan review, coordinating design with local authorities and obtaining all permits.
