Bob brings with him more than thirty-five years of financial experience in the construction industry and public accounting and is a great addition to our team. His experience spans general building as well as heavy/highway construction for ENR 400 firms. He has general oversight and management of the organization’s financial policies/procedures, systems and operations while maintaining all corporate fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization.

As Vice President of the Utility Construction Division, Dan is responsible for the safety and productivity of the majority of our field-based employees. He is well aware that if we do all these things well — safety, productivity and quality — the end result will be complete customer satisfaction. Dan’s hands-on approach means that he is keenly aware of crew workload, productivity and skillsets. He uses this knowledge to mobilize the right crews at the right time to provide best value to our customers.

Shawn manages the operations of the Building Construction Division. He is enthusiastic about generating business for the company as well as setting, direction, implementing, and monitoring overall divisional objectives, procedures, and performance standards.

As the Director of the Mechanical Construction Division, Terry is responsible for setting, implementing, and monitoring division objectives, procedures, and performance standards. By continually emphasizing safety, quality and productivity the end result is customer satisfaction. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the construction and budgeting of water and wastewater treatment facilities as well as mechanical equipment repair and maintenance.

Tom is responsible for our Construction Services Division which cuts across our building, mechanical and utility construction disciplines. He is responsible for setting, directing, implementing, and monitoring overall divisional objectives, procedures, and performance standards and has full profit and loss responsibility for the division. By continually emphasizing safety, quality and productivity — whether it is a scheduled project or an emergency call at 2:00 AM — Tom is well aware that our primary focus is on customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

As the Operations Manager of the Utility Construction Division, Ben is responsible for managing the
day-to-day operations and financial success of the division. Ben manages customer expectations and
leads a team of project executives, project managers, assistant project managers, and an extensive
field crew to achieve the highest levels of safety, quality, productivity, project controls, and profit
objectives.

Jeff joined R.H. White in 2019 and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s five business units — building construction, mechanical construction, utility construction, construction services and the company’s water utility management division, WhiteWater.

Steve has more than 35 years experience with utility operation and maintenance. Since 1995 he has served as General Manager for WhiteWater, Inc. overseeing operations through a staff of three Senior Managers, six Operations Managers and a field crew of 70. WhiteWater currently provides licensed operator and maintenance services to more than 300 water suppliers, 135 wastewater facilities, and provides operating assistance to 30 communities.

As the Director of Mechanical Construction, Ariel is responsible for setting, implementing, and
monitoring division objectives, procedures, and performance standards. He has full profit and
loss responsibility for this division. By continually emphasizing safety, quality, and productivity
the end result is customer satisfaction.
