Scope Of Work
In Houston, Texas, KCI provided design development services, construction document services, and construction administration, as well as civil engineering and interior design for the Lyndon B. Johnson (LBJ) hospital expansion. Part of the Harris County Hospital District, the project involved design and the development of construction documents for the Specialty Clinic Building, and a new parking garage within the existing LBJ Hospital campus.
Our team provided the design for driveways, parking garages and utilities including water, sanitary, and storm sewers. The firm also led the project planning without disrupting the normal daily operations, including employee and patient parking.
