Adam Rickey's Bio
Adam Rickey is a vice president and discipline manager for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing practices across the country. Adam directs the design, and construction administration on projects ranging from complete building renovations to new construction of and specialized facilities, higher education and healthcare institutions, transportation and specialized lighting, and sustainable design including solar and electric vehicles. Through his career, he has worked on a wide variety of buildings including institutional, commercial, laboratory, healthcare (including operating rooms, imaging and pharmacy), as well as many government facilities (including SCIF areas and construction). Adam has extensive experience with sustainable design using LEED rating tools, and is familiar with BIM and Revit applications as well as performance in field surveys, system analyses, energy studies, and cost estimating services.
Adam earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He is a registered professional engineer and a Certified Plumbing Designer. Adam is a director of the American Council of Engineering Companies Coalition of American Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. He is also a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers.
Arch P. Noha's Bio
Arch Noha is a vice president and discipline manager for Communications Infrastructure with more than 40 years of experience in the communication field. Arch specializes in outside plant construction, performing both aerial and underground work. He has extensive experience placing copper, fiber, inner duct, and max-cell products. As a project manager, Arch is experienced in pre-surveying jobs to obtain information for developing scopes of work and pricing of labor and materials to complete the project.
Barry Schoch's Bio
Barry Schoch rejoined KCI in 2017 as senior vice president and discipline manager for construction management and transportation design in the northeast region of the U.S. In this role, he is responsible for leading the firm’s business development efforts and engineering operations for highway, bridge and traffic projects in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington, D.C. He also served as the secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for four years.
Barry earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Pennsylvania State University and is a registered professional engineer in multiple states. He is extremely active in numerous professional associations including the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Pennsylvania Highway Information Association, the American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania, the Design Professionals Coalition, and the American Society of Highway Engineers.
His dedication to the industry and region has been formally recognized by multiple organizations. Accolades include the American Society of Highway Engineers Robert E. Pearson Person of the Year Award, Pennsylvania State Association Townships Supervisors’ Founders Award, Pennsylvania Highway Information Association Advocate of the Year Award, Greater Valley Forge Transportation Management Association Leadership Award, and Engineers Society of Western Pennsylvania William Metcalf Award.
Bayne E. Smith's Bio
Bayne Smith is a senior vice president and transportation south market leader. He has more than 30 years of experience in transportation planning, design, operations and maintenance in both the public and private sector. Bayne spent 15 years of his career with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) where he served as GDOT’s Assistant State Traffic Operations Engineer, ITS Program Manager, District 1 Engineer, and Director of Field Operations.
Bayne earned bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering and math/physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of Georgia, respectively. He is a registered professional engineer and is a professional traffic operations engineer. Throughout his career, Bayne has been active in a number of technical societies including serving as past president for the Georgia Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, a member of the board of directors for the Intelligent Transportation Society of Georgia and the American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia. In 2014, he was honored with the Institute of Transportation Engineers’ Carl Bevins Outstanding Engineer award. Smith currently serves on the Chair of the University of Georgia College of Engineering Advisory Board.
Bryan R. Lawson's Bio
Bryan Lawson is a senior vice president and construction market leader. After working at KCI for years in the early 90s, he rejoined the firm in 2010 and served as a Construction Management regional practice leader and Tampa office manager. Bryan was promoted to vice president in 2014. With a construction industry career spanning more than 25 years, his expertise includes engineering, management and inspection services for transportation and site/buildings projects for federal and state agencies as well as institutions of higher learning.
Bryan earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering science from Loyola College in 1991. He is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional, a certified construction manager, and a registered professional engineer. Bryan served as the president and on the board of directors for the Florida chapter of the Construction Management Association of America. He is a member of the Gulf Coast Builders Exchange, a sustaining member of the Society of American Military Engineers and the Associated Builders and Contractors, as well as a graduate of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Tampa Class. Bryan was also elected and served a two-year term as employee representative on the firm’s board of directors and chair of the firm’s company-wide employee committee.

Christine Y. Koski's Bio
Christine Koski serves as KCI’s chief financial officer. She has more than 30 years of experience in financial management. Joining KCI in 2004 as an accounting manager, Koski was soon promoted to controller, responsible for preparing and analyzing budgets, financials and forecasts as well as investment strategies. In 2010, she was promoted to vice president and chief financial officer. She received a bachelor’s degree in computer accounting from Stevenson University, then Villa Julie College. She is a member of the Maryland Association of CPAs and Financial Executives International.
Christopher J. Griffith's Bio
Christopher Griffith is KCI’s president and chief operating officer. He joined KCI in 1997 after serving as an officer in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps. Within two years, he was leading KCI’s construction management group as senior vice president, and by 2006, was heading up KCI’s Mid-Atlantic region as executive vice president. In 2010, he became discipline manager for construction services. His continued success led to his appointment of overseeing the firm’s Environmental, Communications Infrastructure, Site/Facilities and Resource Management disciplines. He was promoted to COO in 2017 and president in 2021.
Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the United States Naval Academy as well as master’s degrees in business administration from Boston University, civil engineering from the University of Maryland, and ocean engineering from the University of Hawaii. He is a registered professional engineer in four states and a certified construction manager.
In 2021, Griffith was appointed as member of the board of directors for both the Maryland Chamber of Commerce and the National Aquarium. He is also a longstanding member of the Society of American Military Engineers, the Harford County Chamber of Commerce, and the YMCA of Harford County’s Community Leadership Board. Previously, Griffith served as board member for the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and chaired the CMAA’s Standards of Practice/Professional Development Committee, where he became involved in training the next generation of industry leaders.
Jim Lofft's Bio
Jim Lofft has more than 30 years of experience in IT administration, system performance troubleshooting and configuration. As a vice president and chief information officer, he oversees the company’s Information Technology team, planning, cyber security, disaster recovery, communication technology, cloud strategy, and implementation of business support systems that the firm uses to operate and manage everyday tasks.
Throughout his career, Lofft has also served in the role of business system analyst, system administrator, and database developer and manager. He is active with the Mid Atlantic CIO forum, EFCG, and the American Council of Engineering Companies Information Technology and CIO forums.
Nathan J. Beil's Bio
Nate Beil, PE, DWRE, joined KCI Technologies Inc. in 1988. Within four years, he started the company’s Water Resources Division, which became one of KCI’s top-performing business units. From 1995 to 2001, Nate served as head of KCI’s Environmental Group, and in 2001 he was promoted to manager of the firm’s Mid-Atlantic region. He has served as president of KCI since 2006, and assumed the role of CEO in 2018.
Nate earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Lehigh University. He has also completed the American Council of Engineering Companies’ Senior Executive Institute, and the Executive Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.
Nate serves as the president of the board of directors for DPRCG, and is the chair of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Lehigh University’s Masters of Structural Engineering Advisory Board as well as the board of directors for MedStar Union Memorial Hospital. Nate is also an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Water Resources Association (AWRA) and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
Terry F. Neimeyer's Bio
Terry Neimeyer is KCI’s Chairman of the Board. Neimeyer joined KCI in 1977 and has since served in numerous leadership roles for the company, including chief engineer of civil engineering operations in Maryland and North Carolina. In December 1995 Neimeyer became president, a position he held until June 2006. He has served as chief executive officer for nearly two decades, and chairman of the board since December 2000.
Terry earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Delaware, his master’s degree in environmental engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and his Master of Business Administration from Wilmington College. He is a registered professional engineer in six states, and he earned his Envision Sustainability Professional Credential from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure and is a Board Certified Environmental Engineer from the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists.
Terry has served as chairman of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, chairman of the American Council of Engineering Companies, president of XL Insurance Design Professional Risk Control Group, and sat on the board of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He is a fellow of both the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Council of Engineering Companies and a graduate of Leadership Maryland.
William R. Roberts's Bio
William R. Roberts serves as the chief administrative officer at KCI. His responsibilities in this role include overseeing administrative practices, facilitating integration during acquisitions, participating in top-level decision making and further developing the organization.
Bill’s four-decade career spans across marketing, consumer affairs, operations, public policy and government relations. As former president and CEO of Verizon’s Mid-Atlantic region, he was responsible for overseeing all operations, including more than 15,000 employees throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. Bill has also been involved on numerous boards for organizations and institutions that focus their efforts on local impact.
Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing from Morgan State University and completed graduate studies in industrial engineering at Eastern Michigan University and marketing/management at Howard University. He also holds honorary doctorates in public service and humane letters from University of Maryland Global Campus and University of Maryland Eastern Shore, respectively. Bill was named the Loyola University Sellinger School of Business 2004 Business Leader of the Year and was inducted into the Maryland Chamber of Commerce Business Hall of Fame in 2012.

Adam Spiller's Bio
Adam Spiller is an environmental scientist and the natural resources regional practice leader. Working out of the firm’s Raleigh, North Carolina and Nashville, Tennessee offices, he has extensive experience in stream and wetland restoration design and project management, dam removal, natural resource mitigation banking, and water quality projects. He focuses his time on helping the natural resources team meet and exceed our clients expectations when it comes to complex natural resource projects. He aims to bring clients from feasibility studies and conceptual plans through the assessment and design phases of projects and finally to successful construction and implementation of projects that bring function back to our natural systems.
Adam earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the College of William & Mary and his master’s degree in ecosystem science and management from Duke University.
Alan E. Foster's Bio
Alan Foster is a project manager with expert experience in GIS and infrastructure asset management. He is experienced with CMMS, workflow optimization, business intelligence, and enterprise GIS management, in addition to being well-versed with KPIs in live dashboards and enterprise risk models. He has expertise in data visualization, practical application of GIS for infrastructure asset management, data-driven decisions, and data management.
Alan holds a certificate in Asset Management from the Institute of Asset Management, and earned his bachelor’s degree in geography from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. He is a licensed Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP).
Alison Koss's Bio
Alison Koss is a structural engineer and practice leader for building structures. She oversees design of steel, concrete, and wood structures for commercial, industrial, residential, governmental and institutional clients. Since joining the firm’s Raleigh, North Carolina, office in 2005, her experience has also included the design and analysis of telecommunications structures, foundation analysis and design, modification design to retrofit existing structures for compliance with local building codes and design standards, and field work investigations to document and inspect existing conditions.
Alison earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University and is a registered professional engineer in 12 states. She chairs the American Council of Engineering Companies / North Carolina Buildings and Infrastructure Committee and is a member of the Raleigh Engineers Club.
Andrew Clevenger's Bio
Andrew Clevenger is an accomplished engineering practice leader within KCI’s Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Northeast practice with the majority of his focus in New York and New England. With more than 19 years of experience focused on proposing and negotiating scope, schedule and fee estimates for tasks and projects, and overseeing production quantity and quality on SUE projects, he maintains responsibility for consulting and coordinating with multiple practices and subconsultants as required for the effective delivery of preliminary field data.
Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in adolescent education (biology) from State University of New York at Oswego. He has advocated for both public and private sector recognition and compliance with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Standard 38-02, the Standard Guideline for the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data. Andrew is currently serving on the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York Energy Committee.
Brandon Taylor's Bio
Brandon Taylor is a senior project manager with more than 17 years of experience. Working out of Nashville, Tennessee, he joined KCI when the firm acquired RPM Transportation Consultants in 2016. Throughout his career, Brandon has worked on a variety of roadway design projects, traffic studies and transportation plans. His expertise includes roadway geometric, intersection, roundabout and signal design. In addition, he has recognized expertise in roundabout planning and design, and was a member of a team that wrote the roundabout design manuals for both Tennessee and Wisconsin departments of transportation.
Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Kentucky. He is a registered professional engineer in Tennessee and Indiana and is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Brian Guillaume's Bio
Brian Guillaume is a practice leader for Construction Management at KCI. He has experience in the inspection and testing of construction materials and roadway construction including paving operations, sampling and documentation of materials and earthwork for PennDOT projects. His expertise includes the ability to test soils for moisture and density, concrete and lab testing of aggregates, the development and use of project spreadsheets, and inspection on commercial and landfill construction projects. In addition, Brian’s background includes a position as a quality control inspector for a steel products manufacturer and a college internship for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Cumberland County Conservation District to complete erosion and sediment control projects.
Brian has a bachelor’s degree in geology/environmental science from the Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. He is a licensed aggregate and bituminous field technician and is certified in concrete testing. He is also NICET Level IV certified in heavy highway construction and serves as an officer on the Central PA Construction Management Association of America.
Carlos Gittens's Bio
Carlos Gittens joined KCI in late 2014 and has more than 20 years of infrastructure experience in design and management. His background includes construction management, rail coordination and extensive utility coordination and management. Carlos has worked with many state and municipal organizations on a wide range of projects, including road widening and bridge replacements. Some of his clients have included FDOT; SCDOT; NCDOT; SC Ports Authority; Spartanburg County, South Carolina; City of Greer, South Carolina, and City of Charlotte, North Carolina. He also has strong design-build experience in Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina. He has also completed over 12 projects in varying sizes and project types.
Carlos attended the University of Central Florida, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 1998 and a master’s degree in administration in 2000. He is a registered professional engineer in multiple states. Since college, Carlos has been very active in the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) with leadership involvement in three states and in positions locally, statewide, and nationally. His involvement includes serving as the Central Florida Chapter President, South Carolina State President and four years on the National Board of Directors.
Charbel Khoury's Bio
Charbel Khoury is a practice leader for geotechnical engineering services, focused in the Mid-Atlantic region. He is experienced and responsible for technical oversight of geotechnical, geo-technology and pavement engineering for both private- and public-sector clients. During his two-decade-long career, Charbel’s experience has included challenging projects nationwide in the transportation, residential, commercial, telecommunications, site development, and education markets. He has been providing project management, coordination and quality control for geo-material studies, non-destructive and geophysical techniques, subsurface exploration, forensic investigations, analyses and designs of geo-structures, and pavement and asset management. Charbel brings a wide range of multidisciplinary experience from various research studies and nationwide projects.
Charbel holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Lebanese American University and master’s and doctorate degrees in civil engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He is a registered professional engineer in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Texas, Georgia and New Jersey and is a certified temporary traffic control manager. More than a dozen of Charbel’s articles and papers have been published in major geotechnical and pavement journals, and he is a peer reviewer on multiple technical publications. He is involved in several professional organizations including the Transportation Research Board, the American Society of Civil Engineers and the ASCE Geo-Institute.
Ryan J. Flickinger's Bio
Ryan Flickinger is a Water/WastewaterPractice Leader and senior project manager with environmental engineering experience throughout Maryland and Delaware. His expertise includes detailed design of water distribution systems, hydraulic modeling, sanitary collection systems, sewage pumping stations, water and wastewater treatment plant upgrades, and civil land development.
Ryan has taken the lead on securing funding opportunities for several municipal clients through a variety of state and federal programs, including: DNREC and ODW State Revolving Funds and Planning Grants, USDA Water and Wastewater Funding and EDA Grants. Several funding efforts resulted in millions of dollars-worth of principal forgiveness equaling greater than 85 percent of the total project costs.
Ryan joined KCI four years after securing a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of Delaware. He is a licensed professional engineer in Delaware and Maryland, and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the American Public Works Association. In 2011, Ryan was honored as Young Engineer of the Year by the ASCE Delaware Section.

Brendan M. Carroll's Bio
Brendan Carroll is a solutions architect responsible for customized application design, development and deployment of both desktop and Web-based solutions. He is a lead GIS developer and customized product solution manager versed in all facets of client server, database, and web development solutions throughout the entire enterprise. Brendan holds bachelor’s degrees in English and geography from Towson University.
