Scope Of Work
The seven-story Integrated Medical Office Building will house several new and relocated functions.
A new Integrated Medical Office Building will include space for hospital support and outpatient services, which are currently located in the old main hospital. It will also include medical office space to replace current medical office space on the upper floors of the 's Hospital. Teams are currently working with clinicians to identify space needs for this building.
The first floor concourse will wrap around an enlarged central courtyard, creating a loop that connects it to the new main hospital.
The first and fourth levels of the garage will allow direct pedestrian access to the building. The fourth level of the garage will feature green roof elements with landscaping.
