Scope Of Work
A 7,200sf tenant improvement including a new reception area, training room, break room, private offices and remodeled open office. Aggressive eight week construction schedule was met while also completing under original budget. Title 24 energy requirement were met while also minimizing costs by using a proactive electrical design and permitting strategy. Additional cost savings solutions included innovative material re-use.
