Scope Of Work
The Emergency department expansion and renovation, which began September 2004, expanded the ED from 19 beds to 30 beds with new construction to improve Emergency and Trauma services to the community. Renovation has begun on the existing Emergency and Trauma Services are to update equipment to reorganize the existing space.
New, 89,699sf, three-story Emergency Department Building in the Physician Parking area directly outside the current Diagnostic Imaging Department which contains 36 ICU beds, 35-bay Emergency Department expansion, three Cath/Angio Lab rooms and support space, and shelled space for five Operating/Cath/Angio Lab rooms. In addition to the new construction, there will be approximately 17,632sf of shell space for future tenant improvements and approximately 10,680sf of renovation of existing hospital space (Emergency Department, Imaging, Lab and Surgery).
