Located in Andover, MN, The Estates at Arbor Oaks offers independent living to adults 55 and older in private, spacious and well-appointed 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment homes.
The new three (3) story 84,882 square foot 66 unit apartment building is situated over a one (1) Level 28,584 square foot underground garage with 66 parking stalls, a car wash station and storage units. The building structure consists of ICF Concrete foundation walls & precast in the parking level. The above grade apartment structure is wood framed utilizing pre-fabricated wall panels, floor & roof truss. The building’s exterior is a combination of Boulder Creek cultured stone, Klauer steel siding, and Northwoods vinyl shake siding. The pitched roof has Tamko 30AR asphalt shingles.
