Scope Of Work
The highly visible and populated project site required extensive coordination with existing retail neighbors so as not to impact business operations. Project featured interior build-outs for both Starbucks and Quiznos, and required tight coordination with Alderwood Water District on the busy 164th running in both directions for traffic.
RESULT
Ultimately, the Redhawk team was able to integrate fluidly with all necessary parties to ensure the project was complete on time and on budget.
