Scope Of Work
Redhawk completed construction on the Hampton Inn and Suite by the Northgate Mall. The six-story hotel houses 167 hotel rooms with a combination of King, Double Queens, King Studios and handicap accessible rooms and 136 parking spaces. The first floor is complete with the lobby, a market, banquet area, eating area, meeting rooms, fitness center, pool and spa. The sprawling urban garden lays along First Avenue and creates an inviting and serene atmosphere for guests.
RESULT
Hotel was completed in December 2016.
