John Reynolds Design Associates (JRDA) is a small company with 25+ years of first hand experience in the custom design-build field. Our office is located in the Borough of West Chester in Chester County which is in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Most of our projects are in the surrounding areas.

JRDA is dedicated to Historic Preservation and specializes in classically designed custom residential and small commercial design-build projects. Our commissions cover a wide range including historic restorations, rehabs, adaptive use, conversion projects as well as new buildings from the ground up. These projects range in size from Arts & Crafts cottages and reproduction carriage houses to multi-million dollar homes and office buildings. We typically both design and build each project, but we will also consider building unique custom projects designed outside the firm.

In this company a major emphasis is placed on client relationships, and the results are predictable; the majority of our commissions are the result of referrals, as well as satisfied clients who return to us for multiple commissions.
