Scope Of Work

This 72,000 square foot project consisted of a major renovation to bring students back into the facility after several years of it being unoccupied. Key elements of the renovation consisted of a full-scale HVAC upgrade, new kitchen equipment, new ceilings, painting, door and hardware replacements, energy-efficient lighting upgrades, flooring, and ADA code upgrades. Security upgrades include a new front-office access control system and a new intercom system. Exterior fencing was installed around the entire campus, including new security to control access to campus.
