Scope Of Work

This project consisted of the renovation of West Florida Hospital’s fifth floor Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and
pediatric wing. The PICU renovation created new 6-bed unit on
the existing fifth floor. The space underwent a full renovation,
including new walls, ceiling, flooring, and bathroom locations.
Renovation of the space also included a new roof top unit (RTU)
on the roof of the hospital’s Southwest Patient Wing, feeding
the second through fifth floors. The pediatric wing renovations
provided cosmetic upgrades and add four additional patient
rooms to the existing wing.
