Scope Of Work

This project consisted of a removal and replacement of water cooled chillers with air cooled chillers, pumps, air handling units, chiller piping connections, HVAC controls, removal and replacement of variable air volume units, chilled water fan coil units, cleaning the ducts, and test and balance for Teague Middle School. Extensive preplanning went into scheduling work during off hours, holidays, and the summer breaks. The campus was occupied during the project.
