Scope Of Work

This project consisted of the construction of a leading-edge surgical center for eye and ear, nose and throat patients within the UF Health The Oaks facility, a reimagined 139,000 square foot former Sears space transformed into a premier health care facility. This 23,500 square foot surgical facility provides patients with all of their eye and ENT needs met in one location. The facility features a family consult room, a waiting room, five operating rooms, and 19 pre-op and post-anesthesia care units. Radiology services, including full MRIs, X-rays and CT scans, are all available on-site.
