Jonathan Garza founded ProCM because he saw an opportunity to develop a more collaborative way of doing business in the construction industry. The principles of Trust, Transparency, and Integrity are the foundation by which he has developed ProCM. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of North Florida. Following graduation, he worked with a leading construction management firm where he developed his skill set, refined it, and completed a variety of projects. Today, Jonathan is a Licensed Certified General Contractor and has worked on projects all over the United States.
Jonathan has a diverse portfolio of experience in the industry ranging from Education, Entertainment, Medical, Office, Retail, and Condominium to Historic Renovation. He has worked in challenging environments where weather effects the work, to active environments where pedestrians, the blind, and the deaf have been present. These experiences and differing work conditions all over the country shaped his career and lead him to develop ProCM. One of Jonathan’s greatest successes has been his ability to help his clients save money on their projects through constructability reviews, value engineering, and the collaborative team approach he takes with the design team. This has resulted in millions of dollars in savings throughout his career for his clients.
In addition, Jonathan is a graduate of the Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2006, a former Chairman of the Downtown Design Review Board for the City of Jacksonville, and past member of the Gator Bowl Committee. He is a dedicated father who enjoys coaching youth sports and spending time with his two greatest projects JR and Jax his sons.
