Scope Of Work
Bounce Innovation Hub is an open innovation center in downtown Akron that serves Northeast Ohio’s entrepreneurial and small business communities. Welty is the Construction Manager for the renovation of Bounce. The 27,000 SF renovation will transform the ground floor from light manufacturing space into a welcome environment for resident companies, visitors, and those interested in innovation.
