Scope Of Work
Welty was the Construction Manager for the renovation of Settler’s Point, located on Cleveland’s Flats East Bank. The space serves as the Welty and environments 4 business Cleveland office. The project included the interior demolition and renovation of three conjoined buildings and features new historic profile views, exposed brick and beams, and over 5,000 square feet of decks and patios overlooking the Cuyahoga River. The building also includes a Penthouse with meeting and event space.
