Scope Of Work
Z Squared Construction completed the demolition and reconstruction of four restrooms at the Earl LeGette Elementary school within a fast-track schedule. The project scope of work also included: extensive concrete removal at walkways to comply with ADA requirements; AC patching; landscaping/irrigation; abatement/demolition; concrete; framing; roofing; drywall; painting; epoxy flooring; toilet accessories; toilet compartments; plumbing; electrical; and HVAC.
