Scope Of Work
This is contract is part of a multi-phase project that will widen the Spaulding Turnpike (RT 16) in Rochester NH from a 2-lane road to a 4-lane highway. The work also consists of constructing multiple bridges to serve the new roadway. This project will serve to ease intense traffic congestion in the Rochester area and other destinations.
