Scope Of Work
The Downtown Woodlake Enhancement project was constructed to beautify downtown Woodlake while provided much need ADA upgrades, storm drainage improvements, and landscaping. Avison construction phases 2 and 3 which encompassed a major portion of downtown Woodlake. A large portion of the project was located within Caltrans’ right of way and required significant cooperation among all parties involved.
SCOPE OF WORK
Demolition of existing facilities
21,400 sf of patterned, colored concrete walks
11,650 sf of brick walks and crosswalks
New curb & gutter and other misc. concrete improvements
Minor AC Paving
New storm drains
Landscape and irrigation
Benches, trash cans, bike racks, and lighted bollards
New street lighting
Striping and decorative signage
