Scope Of Work

Holy Child School at Rosemont is an independent Catholic School located in the heart of the Main Line of Philadelphia for children from early childhood through eighth grade. With over 300 students, the School promotes a close student-to-teacher ratio to promote an intellectually stimulating and engaging curriculum, yet flexible and creative environment for children to comment their academic journey. To supplement their mission, the School pursued an expansion project the beginning of 2017 to nearly double their overall campus.

The high-level scope of work consists of an overall lot consolidation for six former residential properties accumulated by the School; demolition of five of those properties; a multi-purpose facility expansion off the existing O’Neil Gymnasium; and a new turf field. The collective scope will provide a more formal space for gatherings, assemblies, and plays in the interior and a multi-use sports venue on the exterior. Work commenced in September of 2020 and is scheduled to conclude in October 2021 with the turf field slated for turnover by mid-August in advance of substantial completion on the expansion.
