Scope Of Work
In March 2015, Kindred Healthcare announced its plans to construct a new headquarters in Louisville, KY. The building is a 6-story, 142,000 sq. ft. office building in the heart of downtown Louisville.
Kelley Construction was selected to be the Construction Management (CM) team on the expansion that began in September 2015. The project was completed in December 2017.
As it recently announced its plan to create 500 additional jobs to its organization over the next three to five years, Kindred headquarters provides some much-needed space. another 500 jobs to their organization over the next three to five years.
