John Sepich's Bio
Mr. Sepich has 5 decades of experience as a civil and environmental engineer, including extensive design and expert witness experience. His education includes a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois, 1970. He is a life member of the American Society of Civil Engineers; he holds several U.S. patents related to soil gas control, and he chaired a recent ASTM committee responsible for ASTM E2993-16 Standard Guide for Evaluating Potential Hazard as a Result of Methane in the Vadose Zone. Mr. Sepich serves TGE's capacity as the firm's Senior Technical engineer, providing design and consultation related to soil vapor mitigation. He is currently working on projects across the United States, and has advanced the design of soil vapor control by specifying cost-effective materials and techniques matched to the level of risk.

Ms. Destouet is a Project Manager for TGE Resources, Inc. (TGE) with technical experience in a wide range of environmental disciplines including Phase I ESAs, lead-based paint inspections, indoor air quality assessments inclusive of odor investigations, mold assessment and remediation, EPA I-BEAM applications, and specific air chemical testing; hazard assessment and management for residential properties; and asbestos project management, inspection, and air monitoring for commercial facilities. Kristi Barnette's Bio
Kristi has been a project manager and safety officer with TGE Resources for over 10 years. She is part of the senior project management team at TGE and is responsible for the performance of all aspects of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, field characterization efforts, and compliance audits (including inspections/plans/facility training for Storm Water Pollution Prevention [SWP3], and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure [SPCC] plans). Her day-to-day efforts include project initiation, performance of field surveys, collection review and reduction of historical and regulatory data, sample collection, coordination of projects related to Site characterization, remediation and risk assessment/management, and preparation of project deliverables for final review.
Kristi is a Licensed Professional Geoscientist in Texas, Louisiana, and Alabama. She is also a certified OSHA General Industry Trainer and a Licensed Petroleum Storage Tank (LPST) Manager.
The daughter of an Army family, Kristi came to Houston in the 1980s. She graduated from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas with a BS degree in Environmental Earth Studies and returned to Houston, where she earned a MS degree in Environmental Geology from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. She started her career as a petroleum geologist in the oil and gas industry and chose to enter the environmental field in the early 2000s following a downtown in the energy industry. She married her husband, Matt, in 2001 and lives in northwest Houston with their five dogs. In her downtime, Kristi enjoys traveling the world on a cruise ship

With her accounting duties, she also manages aspects of the firms Human Resources function and assists with Information Technology needs of the company. Kim is an asset to the firm and always has an eye for detail and problem-solving.
