Scope Of Work
This project consisted of 80,000 SF of additions to the North American Headquarters of Bauer Compressors, Inc. The existing office space will also receive major renovations upgrades. This design-build project was performed in an occupied building that must remain operational with limited shutdowns. MEB had to preform extensive coordination to minimize interruptions to building tenants operations. MEB modeled the entire project using BIM software. $11M
