Scope Of Work
Mountain Structures Company was proud to be selected by the 10th Mountain Division Huts Association to help them construct their Leadville Base of Operation. Mountain Structures Company was the general contractor on this project and performed most of the work in-house. It is a 2,400 square foot metal building from Rigid Global Buildings with mixed uses. It has space for volunteers to stay, office space, and enclosed and open garage bays. Our scope of work included the onsite waste water treatment system, water line installation, and the site clearing and grading.
