Mallet Design Build transformed this Historic building in Ballard to the popular Italian-themed restaurant, San Fermo. The Mallet Architecture and Design Team received an award for ‘Best Adaptive re-use’ by re-envisioning this antique structure one of Seattle’s most historic locations.
