Scope Of Work
Novartis Chiron Vacaville Manufacturing Lab Warehouse Expansion added approximately 18,000 square feet , lab, clean room warehouse space.
new two-story expansion contains cGMP class 100,000 clean rooms, freezer room, warehouse space, a meeting room, a break room, space, lab space, a wellness room with bath cores on 1st 2nd floors.
Vacaville Purification Unit housed a 3,500 square foot was along with a new maintenance .
main challenge was to perform build-out activities within an existing operational . Unanticipated shutdowns would have been very costly to , a high level coordination with on all activities was vital to success.
