Physical Sciences 12 is an eight-story high-rise tower, designed late 1960s, with two levels basement totaling 218,000sf. As part tenant improvement phase, each floor will be renovated to house new offices, conference rooms, classrooms, workrooms, centers, laboratories, other ancillary spaces to support the revised utilization .
scope for above referenced includes two phases . seismic systems renewal phase will bring all structural systems up to current applicable codes regulations will upgrade Physical Sciences 12 to current codes for high-rise , including but not limited to occupancy, fire, life accessibility. ’s plumbing, mechanical, electrical, telecommunication systems are included in scope shall be replaced their entirety.
