A spacious, light-filled lobby animates  first floor with an energetic marketplace   zone that welcomes all  occupants, encourages interaction,  engages  surrounding urban fabric.  secured upper floors    provide numerous points  horizontal  vertical connection at every level, fostering circulation  interdepartmental collaboration amongst  operational units   three departments that will inhabit  . Each floor is designed with standardized—yet flexible—floor plans that consolidate critical  support functions, such as conference  break rooms  infrastructure within a centralized vein—or "mother lode"— efficiency.
