Scope Of Work
Ark Development Group worked with Asheville-based Samsel Architects to design The Village at The Thoms Estate, a worry-free living. Our Châteaux were inspired by French and European influences and designed by the local Samsel Architects firm, and we are proud to offer these unique homes built with both form and function in mind.
The complete 40 lot village was finished in December, 2016.
