Marlin Bay Yacht Club is a residential gated community designed to feature 92 luxury residences and a 99-slip gulf side marina with a premier location near the Marathon Airport in the Florida Keys, approximately 50 miles from Key West.
The centerpiece of Marlin Bay Yacht Club is the 7,600 sq. ft. two-story Clubhouse with bar and spa facilities, including a sauna, steam room, treatment rooms and fitness facilities. From the Clubhouse’s spacious terraces you can access the lagoon-style pool, whirlpool spa, dockside pool pavilion with covered bar, boardwalk, and view the 35’ waterfront observation tower. Beyond the club and pool is Marlin Bay’s 99-slip Marina serviced by the magnificent 12,000 sq. ft. Harbormaster facility featuring 8 furnished residences.
