Scope Of Work
Ark Development Group is working to bring River Dunes to the next level. Recent projects have included shoreline stabilization in the Preservation area, which is being transformed into a private, gated section of the community. We have opened up the boat storage area for residents, and are adding promised amenities such as Tennis Courts and an outdoor Amphitheater for events. Plans for new phases and enlarging the marina are under development. When completed, River Dunes is envisioned to have over 600 homes to complement its 400 slip marina spread over 1350 acres and 14 miles of shoreline.
