Scope Of Work
The Village Center at River Dunes will continue the vision of a costal maritime village that has won the community multiple national awards in design and environmental stewardship. Complete in September 2017, the second phase of the village will added lodging, restaurants, shopping, tennis facilities and entertainment venues to the community and create a true gathering place for residents and boaters.
Ark Development Group is redesigning the Village to ensure that the commercial and entertainment space best serve River Dunes residents and guests. We have worked with River Dunes staff to identify the needs of residents to create a true activity center for the community.
