Daniel Dalton's Bio
As the President and Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Clearwater, Dan Dalton manages all aspects of Keystone’s water-transfer support services, water transfer pipeline construction, and other water transfer services. Mr. Dalton has developed extensive experience in hydrogeology, environmental permitting, and various other geotechnical applications through the completion of many high-profile oil & gas and water infrastructure assignments while employed as a geotechnical consultant.
Currently, Mr. Dalton provides direct oversight and management of all water-transfer, pipeline engineering, and all other water transfer projects and operations for Keystone Clearwater throughout the Appalachian Basin.
Highlights from a sample of projects managed and completed by Mr. Dalton include the following:
Turnkey water-transfer services for several multi-national Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Companies operating in the Appalachian Basin.
The permitting, planning, development, and operations of four SRBC-permitted water intake locations in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Dan Dalton lives and works out of Keystone Clearwater’s headquarters located in Hershey, PA. Dan graduated from West Chester University in 2006 with a B.S. in Geology.
Gary Pruden's Bio
Gary Pruden serves as Chief Financial Officer of Keystone Clearwater Solutions, responsible for Finance and Accounting and Strategic & Financial Planning for the Company. Prior to joining Keystone, Gary served as CFO of Keen Transport, a national transportation and logistics company, based out of Carlisle Pennsylvania.
Gary brings to Keystone a wealth of experience in finance and accounting, with a CPA certification and executive level experience in leading companies during challenging and transitional periods. Gary has been instrumental in the financial health and success of several operating companies prior to joining Keystone.
Gary is an alumni of Syracuse University, where he obtained his B.S. in Accounting. Gary lives in Hummelstown, PA with his wife and family.
Jay Heckman's Bio
Jay Heckman is the Vice President – Eastern Appalachia, responsible for Keystone’s Water Transfer Operations in Northern Pennsylvania. Jay brings to Keystone over 30 years of technical and managerial experience, spending much of his career in a management role for Snap-On Tools, a manufacturer’s representative for the world’s best hand tools and equipment. Later, Mr. Heckman founded Competition Converters, a manufacturer of high performance torque converters or use with automatic transmissions in drag racing and other performance applications.
Jay joined Keystone Clearwater during 2010 taking on the role to manage Keystone’s field operations as a result of his strong background in field management, customer service, and mechanical expertise. Since joining Keystone, Jay has been instrumental in the growth and development of Keystone’s operations providing direct management of many high profile water transfer projects, including on-pad water-transfer services, and fresh-water intake site development and installation.
Mr. Heckman studied at Lebanon Valley College and Williamsport Area Community College, receiving his Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology. After graduation, Jay served the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as an aircraft mechanic. Presently, Jay lives with his wife in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania.
Jeffrey Wehler's Bio
Jeff Wehler currently serves as Keystone Clearwater’s Senior Vice President, supporting Keystone’s Water Transfer, and Construction business lines in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Jeff is predominantly focused on business development, strategic growth, and corporate and financial optimization initiatives for the Company. Jeff initially joined Keystone Clearwater during January 2013 as the Director of Business Development, managing all aspects of Keystone’s business development, sales, and marketing functions. Jeff has developed significant experience in managing the planning, design, and development of Keystone’s water transfer projects, including pipeline design, intake development, and water-transfer services.
Prior to joining Keystone, Jeff was a Vice President with M&T Bank’s Commercial Banking Group located in Philadelphia, PA. During his time at M&T, Jeff managed a portfolio of corporate customers and helped develop M&T’s entry into the Greater Philadelphia marketplace. Jeff has developed significant experience in financial analysis and credit underwriting. While at M&T, Jeff represented his clients in financing acquisitions, recapitalizations, and other traditional corporate finance transactions.
Jeff Wehler lives with his family in Hershey, PA and works out of Keystone Clearwater’s Corporate Office in Hershey. Jeff graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 2005 with a B.A. in Business Administration.
Wes Cesa's Bio
Wes Cesa is Keystone’s Vice President of Operations for its Western Appalachia Region. As Vice President, Mr. Cesa provides direct client support and management of Keystone’s Water Transfer in Southwest Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Mr. Cesa joined Keystone Clearwater in 2016 and has since served in various critical operational roles for the Company.
Mr. Cesa brings to Keystone significant experience and energy that drive the business in the Appalachian Basin. Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Cesa obtained ten years of Water Management experience both on the service and operator side, supporting the Shale Gas Industry.
Mr. Cesa served in the USAF as a Civil Engineer, deployed to Iraq during Operation Iraqi freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom where he received combat Veteran status.
Mr. Cesa works out of the Canonsburg office and lives nearby with his wife and two children.
