Scope Of Work
This project involved the renovation of an existing historic building originally constructed as a bank in 1894 to serve as county courthouse offices. The scope included selective interior demolition, new HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler fire alarm and security systems accurate restoration of the façade to its historically accurate original appearance, consistent with the requirements for this location in a designated historical district. Caliber worked closely with the design team and the Bellefonte Historical Review Board to ensure historical details were maintained including paint colors, window sizes, trim details, door locations, etc. in a cost-effective manner.
