Scope Of Work
Located in the center of Newbury Street, Boston’s most popular location for retail shopping, Alice and Olivia was a tenant fit out for the high end women’s fashion boutique. J.L. Dunn completed all interior renovations and tenant improvements in the 1,300 sf space, including new dressing rooms, storage closet, a state of the art security system, new wood flooring, custom clothing racks, custom painting in the entry vestibule and lobby, and installing a custom millwork cash wrap. All construction was done to meet the high standards of this high end fashion client.
