Project Overview
Reminiscent of old-world Wisconsin mills, the TitletownTech building showcases brick, steel, and wood, alongside high-tech glass and state-of-the art displays. In its 46,000 square-feet, TitletownTech provides office space, conference rooms, and flexible and informal group work areas. An atrium extends from the first to second floor and features stadium-like bleacher seating providing a gathering space for guests as they move from floor to floor. Cafes with flexible seating can be found on the second floor and mezzanine and on top of TitletownTech is a roof deck facing Lambeau Field.
The Turn is located on the West Suite on the ground level of TitletownTech. The 11,120-square-foot space hosts a high-end restaurant/bar area and seven golfing/gaming simulator suites. It also features an outdoor patio area compete with firepits and seating to provide a unique experience for guests.
