Scope Of Work
Supported General Contractor in project management duties during the construction process, including building and maintaining monthly project schedule updates, packaging and processing submittals and RFI's.
And for a seperate project consulting for BART, Developed baseline & as-built schedules for Thyssen-Krupp Elevator Company to resolve a delay claim, which resulted in a quick, negotiated settlement.
